Job Title : SPM Machine Assembly Technician

Job Description :

We are hiring a SPM Machine Assembly Technician to join our assembly unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling Special Purpose Machines (SPM), providing site support for installation, and ensuring the machines function smoothly in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assemble SPM (Special Purpose Machines) components accurately as per design specifications.
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks to build fully functional machines.
  • Support installation activities at client sites by traveling and setting up machines on location.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting during assembly and installation to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and site teams to implement machine configurations as per customer requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of machine assembly and installation processes.
  • Assist in preventive maintenance and minor repair activities during machine commissioning.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Mechanical Diploma or Engineering (Mechanical) degree preferred.
  • Hands-on experience or basic knowledge in machine assembly and mechanical fitting.
  • Understanding of electrical components and wiring.
  • Willingness to perform site work including travel to client locations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and assembly manuals.

Work Experience :

2 to 4 years of relevant experience in machine assembly, site work, and machine installation support.
