Supporting and contributing to team developmentWe are looking for candidates for internal audit of Engineering Company at Borivali, Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities

Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable regulationsDevelopment of policies and procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models and optimisation of processesStrong domain knowledge as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR payroll, production, legal and statutory compliancesRisk consulting as per set standards and keeping a track on industry updatesObtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plansPlanning and delegating work for the team and self, based on the requirementConduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions

Knowledge & Skill Set

Accounting Standards, Ind AS, Auditing Standards, Internal auditing standardsInternal Audit Experience is mustCompanies ActIT system operationsProficient in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, and WordRisk-based audit approachSupporting and contributing to team developmentUnderstanding of control rationalization, optimization, effectiveness and efficiencyProven working experience as Internal AuditorHigh attention to detail and excellent analytical skillsGood verbal and written communication skills

Should be willing to travel as internal audit will require travel to Palghar.

QualificationQualified CA/ CS/ ICWA, Semi Qualified CA/ CS/ ICWA, CIA, MBA, or Graduate with good exposure to internal audit
