Key Responsibilities:


  • POC hands-on, client implementation setup, and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for leveraging AI/ML.
  • Analyse and define client requirements, translating business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive AI/ML strategies and solutions tailored to address specific client challenges.
  • Design, implement, and train machine learning models to meet client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis, preprocess data, and ensure its readiness for model training.
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of AI/ML solutions into the client's existing systems and processes.
  • Continuously monitor model performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize models for better results.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI/ML to provide clients with the latest and most effective solutions.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of proven expertise in AI, ML domain and experience with Generative AI, LLM, and has worked on PDF annotations and processing.
  • Proficiency in popular machine learning frameworks, particularly experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Experience in evaluating ML model's performance using metrics such as F1 Score , Groundedness, Correctness, Precision, Recall, etc.
  • Ability to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
  • Strong knowledge of computer vision techniques and their application in developing AI models.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with Large Language Models, with a focus on natural language understanding and generation.
  • In-depth understanding of deep learning techniques, including RNNs, CNNs, and other advanced neural network architectures.
  • Proficiency in working with Transformer Architecture for developing scalable and efficient AI models.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI models into production systems through APIs.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and incorporate new technologies into projects.
  • A passion for exploring and contributing to cutting-edge research in the field of AI/ML.
