We are looking for a highly skilledMobile App Developerexperienced inReact NativeandAndroid Native (Java/Kotlin)to join our growing team.In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance mobile applications that power ourfinancial technology platform , ensuring an excellent user experience and seamless integration with backend systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications usingReact NativeandAndroid Studio (Java/Kotlin) .Build reusable, maintainable, and efficient code for both Android Native and React Native modules.Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and native libraries.Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver new features and improvements.Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and reliability across devices and OS versions.Debug and resolve issues using Android Studio tools, logcat, and profilers.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Contribute to CI/CD workflows, app deployment, and Play Store publishing.Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and fintech-specific mobile trends.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).4–7 yearsof professional experience in mobile app development.Strong hands-on experience withReact Native(including TypeScript and Redux).Solid knowledge ofAndroid Nativedevelopment usingJavaorKotlinwithinAndroid Studio .Experience in bridgingReact Nativewith native Android modules.Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns (MVVM, MVP), and state management.Familiarity withRESTful APIsand secure data handling.Knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines ,Git , andPlay Storepublishing.Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience developing or maintainingfintech applications(e.g., digital wallets, payment gateways, or trading apps).Exposure toiOS Native (Swift/Objective-C)development.Familiarity withFirebase ,Analytics , andCrashlytics .Knowledge ofsecure coding practicesand compliance standards such asPCI DSSordata encryption .Experience working inAgile/Scrumteams.What We OfferCompetitive compensation.Opportunity to work on innovative fintech products used by thousands of customers.Continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
