Job Title: Senior Architect – High-Rise Residential Projects Experience: 10–15 Years Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory Industry: Real Estate / Construction Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect with 10–15 years of proven expertise in designing and delivering high-rise residential projects within the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end architectural design management, vendor coordination, and ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design process for high-rise residential buildings , from concept to execution. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality is maintained throughout all project stages. Oversee and manage the entire design lifecycle , including schematic design, design development, working drawings, and site execution support. Liaise with internal teams including Project Management, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure timely delivery of design milestones. Conduct periodic site visits to ensure adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws . Collaborate with stakeholders to refine design strategies and improve functionality, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency. Maintain and update project documentation including drawings, specifications, and design reports. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth experience in high-rise residential design and construction . Strong design management and coordination skills. Excellent vendor and consultant coordination capabilities. Knowledge of construction detailing, building materials, and technologies. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office. Familiarity with Green Building Norms and sustainable architecture is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
