Develop and implement lesson plans following the CBSE/IGCSE curriculum.-

Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.-

Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.Classroom Management:-

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.-

Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.Assessment and Evaluation:-

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.-

Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.-

Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.Student Development:-

Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.-

Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.-

Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.Professional Development:-

Stay updated on the latest developments in English language and literature education.-

Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.-

Master's or Bachelor’s degree in English.Experience:-

Previous teaching experience in CBSE/IGCSE school is preferred.-
