We are looking for an experienced Inventory Planner from a retail background to manage material and product inventory, stock levels, align production with sales demand, forecast demand, and ensure optimal inventory availability. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, skilled in forecasting, knowledge of inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze sales trends and forecast demand for products.
Forecast demand based on sales trends, production plans, and seasonality.
Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Coordinate with purchasing, for inventory planning.
Coordinate with production, procurement, warehouse, and store and sales teams to ensure inventory alignment.
Monitor inventory turnover and recommend reorder levels.
Assist in planning seasonal and promotional stock requirements.
Ensure data accuracy in inventory systems
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Strong knowledge of retail inventory management and forecasting techniques.
Proficient in Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
Knowledge of lean inventory and just-in-time (JIT) practices.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Inventory Planner and forecasting role.
