Profile - Senior Executive - Dot Net

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable, maintainable, and efficient software solutions.
  • Ensure that the architecture meets performance, security, and scalability requirements.
  • Lead the development efforts across the stack, including both backend (.NET) and frontend (Next.js) development.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code, and review code contributed by team members.
  • Work closely with project managers to plan and prioritize development tasks.
  • Estimate work efforts and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as QA, UI/UX, and DevOps, to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure the reliability and stability of the software.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Document technical designs, architecture decisions, and project-related information.
  • Maintain documentation up-to-date and ensure it's accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the deployment process and ensure smooth operations of the software in production.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
  • Implement security best practices to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
  • Set technical direction and standards for the project in alignment with organizational goals.


Competency Requirement:

  • Looking for atleast 5 years of experience as Sr .NET Developer Experience
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
  • Require 5+ years of Software Development experience; 2+ years of experience in building and leading strong engineering teams
  • Should be able to mentor Jr. Developers
  • Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework. Experience on Azure cloud native apps and .Net core is preferred.
  • Proven Skills with C#, SQL, JavaScript/DHTML, HTML-CSS, AJAX, jQuery, Web Services, etc.
  • Must be proficient in JavaScript, SOAP- or REST-based web services, XML and JSON technologies
  • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
  • Experience with CI and CD. Experience with iterative design and development methodology. Proficient with GIT workflows.
