Key Responsibilities & Skills Strong knowledge in Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules of CRM. Proven experience in D365 Online (Customization & Configuration). Hands-on expertise with Power Automate, Azure Functions, and Azure Web Apps. Solid experience in data migration and CRM integrations. Minimum 3–4 end-to-end CRM implementations. Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple parallel projects efficiently. CRM Certification (Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) is an added advantage. Additional Requirements (Based on Role) For Azure Function Role: Experience integrating CRM with Azure Functions and cloud-based workflows. For Integration Role: Proven experience in Inbound and Outbound integrations with Microsoft Dynamics CRM — must be clearly mentioned in the resume.
