Job description :

As a Technical Architect, you will be a hands-on architect partnering with business and technology to design and develop solutions that fundamentally alter how we provide seamless interfaces for best-in-class experience and productivity for our clients and field agents. Working with the latest technologies, centered around Cloud Native Applications, Microservices, DevOps, you will enable the transformation of an existing technology stack for speed, simplicity and scale.

Roles Responsibilities :

- Partner with Enterprise Architecture, business experts, and technology teams to flesh out functional and technical requirements, produce data and security blueprints, map out architecture and integration designs, and develop proofs of concept that blaze the way for implementation teams

- Proactively keep abreast of new technologies, vendor and app exchange offerings; develop pros and cons for alternative technology options and build vs buy; present innovative solutions and recommendations to senior management and Enterprise Architecture

- Be a trusted technical advisor to the wider technology team, management and business

- Work with application delivery teams in the development of services, components, standards, and frameworks and provide direction as the teams implement major solutions

- Own definition of the target end-to-end solution architecture and transitional roadmap while accommodating for stated business goals. This includes hands-on design and reviews moving towards a highly modular, reusable and scalable stack.

- Communicate and document technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business stakeholders.

- Work with project managers and/or clients to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines.

- Interact directly with customers to review requirements, manage project delivery and obtain deliverable feedback.

- Top notch communication skills with the ability to explain complex system interactions including data flows, integrations, and infrastructure to stakeholders that range from developers to executives

- Design/ review of existing and new solutions, and components to support application build as needed.

- Perform random code reviews to provide crucial feedback for quality development

- Mentor and lead technical team members to enable their growth and success.
