Urgent hiring for Copywriter

Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Write original, clutter-breaking copy for a range of marketing materials, including social media, website content, ad copy, email campaigns, and more.

Content Strategy & Research: Research clients' brands, products, services, and competitors to develop an effective content strategy and communication plan.

Ideation & Strategy Development: Collaborate on campaign ideation, bringing innovative, strategic ideas for client projects that resonate with audiences.

Social Media Management: Create and oversee monthly social media content calendars, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and target audience.

Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with account managers, graphic designers, and other creative staff, from concept to final delivery, ensuring the content meets client and brand expectations.

Client Presentations: Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and occasionally to clients, supporting client pitches and taking feedback for revisions.

Managing Social Media Channels: Schedule and post content, maintain performance metrics, analyze engagement, and manage online reputation by responding to comments and addressing concerns effectively.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, unlocking new opportunities and ensuring our content remains relevant and engaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 1-2 years of copywriting experience in an advertising or digital marketing setting, with a portfolio of diverse creative work.

Writing & Research Skills: Exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to adapt voice and style. Strong research skills to understand brand needs and audience preferences.

Creativity & Innovation: Ability to create unique, engaging content that connects with target audiences and drives action.  Collaboration & Communication: Proven teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with various departments.

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking ability, with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Grammar Proficiency: High attention to detail, with excellent grammar and proofreading skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with content management systems and knowledge of digital tools and platforms.

Design Appreciation: An eye for great design and experience working alongside graphic designers.

Adaptability: Familiarity with the latest advertising and social media trends and an understanding of their impact on content strategies.

Linguistic Flair: A wide vocabulary, a love for language, and the ability to incorporate figures of speech effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹55,291.30 per month
