The ideal candidate is a legally trained communicator with a sharp analytical mindset and a passion for legal innovation.You will play a crucial role in researching legal frameworks, understanding the Indian legal ecosystem, interacting with legal professionals, and translating insights into structured documentation to support AI product development.Key responsibilitiesConduct in-depth legal research and create clear, insightful content for legal workflows.Interview lawyers, judges, and legal professionals to understand user pain points.Translate legal findings into actionable AI product requirements and use cases.Develop content for multi-channel communication including thought leadership, blog posts, and internal knowledge bases.Collaborate with AI engineers and product managers to build training datasets and validate legal tech features.Track emerging trends in the legal tech and Indian law space for continuous innovationQualificationsBachelors or Masters in Law OR CommunicationStrong command of English (Tamil/ Hindi proficiency is a bonus)Exposure to AI, legal tech tools, or data analysis (optional but valued)Core skillsStrong legal knowledge of Indian legal systems and proceduresExcellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex legal topicsProficient in legal research methodologies and use of databasesComfortable working with AI/tech teams to define legal workflowsCurious, detail-oriented, and driven to explore legal innovationWhy join usBe at the forefront of legal innovation in IndiaCollaborate with cross-functional teams in law and AIOpportunity to grow into a strategic role in the AI-legal ecosystemCompetitive salary + performance bonuses
