Role Overview
We are seeking a digital project lead who will act as the central link between our clients and our internal teams. The role combines client management, project coordination, and digital marketing oversight in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment.
As the primary point of contact, you will ensure client requirements are understood, documented, and delivered through smooth collaboration with our design, development, and marketing teams. You will also gain first-hand exposure to how artificial intelligence is transforming e-commerce project workflows.
We're looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and have fresh ideas, who are willing to experiment and take chances, and who also take initiative to drive the development of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle clients across a range of businesses, understanding both their expectations and the expectations of the market they operate in to find the best fit website for them.
- Communicating your findings with the rest of Quietcom's development team and working collaboratively alongside them to create the clients ideal website
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and reporting to ensure smooth progress.
- Constantly communicate with clients to identify day-to-day and persistent problems they face in taking their businesses online and work with the team to create effective solutions.
- Guide marketing efforts alongside the marketing team and come up with creative strategies that reflect the brand and values of the client.
- Anticipate client needs and communicate proactively with internal teams to deliver value.
- Track and document project progress against defined goals, using both traditional tools and AI-enabled project systems.
