Job Purpose

As the Director of Professional Services - India, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled consultants who specialize in implementing Tungsten Automation solutions for our clients worldwide. Your leadership will ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of Tungsten Automation consultants.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster professional growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and goals.
  • Project Delivery:
    • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to optimize resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on automation initiatives.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Work closely with consultants to analyze existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.
    • Drive process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
    • Implement best practices and industry standards.
  • Offshore Team Management:
    • Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the offshore team.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
    • Optimize communication channels and ensure seamless collaboration across time zones.
  • Stakeholder Reporting:
    • Prepare regular reports on project status, KPIs, and performance metrics.
    • Present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
    • Proactively address any challenges or bottlenecks.

 


Required Skills
Required Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT consulting, automation, or related domains.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing offshore teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in Tungsten Automation tools (e.g., Tungsten Automation, Kapow) are a plus.
