Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced team member to join the central demand management team (CoE). This role is pivotal in shaping horizontal demand charters across categories, driving both business and product strategies, and ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our customers. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with analytical rigor, end to end ownership mindset and strong program management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive strategic initiatives across businesses.
  • Strategic Planning and Documentation: Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate closely with the business, product, supply chain team and other stakeholders to design and implement process and product improvements from inception to deployment.
  • Identify data-driven insights / market trends and opportunities to expand our offerings and market presence.
  • Build robust processes to scale 0-1 programs effectively and move them to BAU.
