LEAN by Suvidhi is a dedicated online coaching service specializing in fitness and nutrition for young moms. Founded by Suvidhi, a passionate and experienced coach, our mission is to help new mothers regain their pre-pregnancy shape through personalized training and nutrition plans. We understand the unique challenges faced by moms and offer tailored programs that fit into busy schedules, focusing on sustainable and effective methods to achieve fitness goals.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Fitness & Nutrition Coach. The Assistant Fitness & Nutrition Coach will assist in developing and implementing fitness and nutrition programs for clients. They will provide guidance and support to clients, monitor their progress, and make necessary adjustments to their plans. The Assistant Fitness & Nutrition Coach will also educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits and help them set realistic goals.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of fitness principles and nutrition- Experience in designing and implementing fitness and nutrition programs- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to motivate and inspire clients- Certification in fitness training, nutrition, or a related field is preferred- Knowledge of health and safety regulations- Ability to adapt to individual client needs- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness and nutrition goals
