Virtual Marketing Assistant (Remote | Full-Time | 4 PM–12 AM) Location: Remote Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (your local time or specify timezone) Reports To: Marketing Project Manager or Account LeadAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help keep our marketing operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in data entry, project coordination, communication, and light project management. This is a full-time remote role ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and detail-driven.Key ResponsibilitiesInput and organize performance data from platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Ads.Watch client meeting recordings and send clear recap emails with action items.Create and assign tasks in Click Up, Slack, or similar tools.Conduct research on markets, audiences, and competitors.Maintain advertising matrices with updated budgets and performance.Proof marketing materials for correct links, spelling, and formatting.Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely follow-ups.Track deliverables, monitor campaign timelines, and support project managers.QualificationsExperience as a Virtual Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Project Assistant preferred.Excellent organization, written, and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and follow-through.Comfortable working 4 PM – 12 AM and communicating with remote teams.Who You AreA proactive, reliable problem-solver with great attention to detail.Comfortable working independently while staying highly organized.Interested in marketing and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced team.
