SailPoint IdentityNow & UAM Engineer L2: Skills: SailPoint IdentityNow, Application Onboarding & User Certification Campaign Experience:


location: Hyderabad and Bangalore

Min 3 Years experience


Key Responsibilities: • Identity Management: Manage user identities, roles, and access privileges within the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. •

Access Governance: Ensure compliance with security policies, regulations, and access control standards. •

Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IdentityNow. • Experience in creating Access Profiles in IdentityNow

• Support L2 related issues and activities. • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

• Monitor and enhance the security of identity and access management processes. • Provide support to end-users and stakeholders.

• Generate reports and dashboards to monitor access and compliance. • Experience in SailPoint IdentityNow Application Onboarding

• Troubleshoot and provide fixes for issues related to identities onboarding on IGA application via the self-service or authoritative source reconciliation.

• Management of high-level roles within IGA application like Business/IT/capability roles • Maintain workflows within IGA application

• Access certification and hygiene activities on IGA application:

• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to approval workflows and provisioning failures

• Perform regression testing and implement required changes in support of Major Releases for SailPoint IdentityNow • Perform Operational Support such as monitoring, troubleshooting failures, restarting services, responding to alerts for In-Scope IGA Application.

• Monitor execution of daily, weekly and monthly actions generated by authoritative feeds

• Resolve issues with respect to policy violations for Access policies, provisioning policies and reconciliation policies

• Preparation and submission of IGA reports pertaining to applicable compliance control evidence as necessary per compliance requirements.

• Resolve End User related issues as per agreed upon SLAs

• Certification in SailPoint IdentityNow would be preferable.

• Experience in SailPoint IdentityNow Custom Connector would be a plus.


• Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and best practices.
