Assistthe First Line of Defence in RiskAssessments
Testingthe effectiveness ofcontrols/measures
Identifyrisks and discuss with reporting manager and processowner/s
Preparechecklist on Company s Norms and collect evidences to demonstrateadherence
Designand prepare training slides onRisk
Scheduleclassroom trainings for employees on a monthlybasis
Coordinateand interact with ERGO Group employees and meet the ERGO Grouprequirements
Periodicallyupdate on risk related matters to the Head of Function alongwithReportingManager
Assistthe Reporting Manager and/or Head of Risk Compliance & DataProtection in functional activities / projects as and whenadvised.
KeyResponsibilities
Timelyassessment and monitoring of operational and Information TechnologyRisks and reportingthereon
Conductingoperating effectiveness test ofprocesses
Maintainproof of both adherence to internal policies and the external lawsguidelines or regulations imposed upon thecompany
Ensuringall departments work basis the Company s Norms and any risksidentified are mitigated with propermeasures.
