Responsibilities:Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback to ensure testability and clarity of requirements.Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard automation tools.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing as needed.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices in testing.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role with a minimum of 4 years of experience.Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Hands-on experience with both manual testing and test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
