POSITION OVERVIEW:


We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the development of our groundbreaking Beverage Dispensing technology. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, prototyping, and testing mechanical components and systems that ensure efficient and reliable operation.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop and refine mechanical designs for beverage dispensing machines, considering factors such as functionality,durability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Create detailed drawings, specifications, and bills of materials.
  • Conduct mechanical testing and analysis to ensure product quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with electrical and IoT engineers to integrate mechanical components into the overall system.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical engineering challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in the beverage dispensing industry and mechanical engineering.



QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.


Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Mechanical engineering.

- Proven experience in designing and developing mechanical designs.

- Experience with automation and control systems.


Technical Skills:

  • CAD Software:  Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor) for creating 2D and 3D models.
  • FEA (Finite Element Analysis):  Understanding of FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) for simulating mechanical behavior and predicting performance.
  • Materials Science:  Knowledge of different materials (metals, plastics, composites) and their properties for selecting appropriate materials in designs.
  • Manufacturing Processes:  Familiarity with various manufacturing techniques (e.g., machining, casting, forming) to understand production constraints and costs.
  • Tolerance Analysis:  Ability to analyze tolerances and fit between components to ensure proper assembly and functionality.
  • GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing):  Knowledge of GD&T standards for specifying tolerances and dimensions on engineering drawings.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
