Job Purpose

We are seeking a creative and talented Junior Motion Graphic Designer to join our team at ISB Studios. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of dynamic and engaging motion graphics and video content for a variety of digital platforms. You will collaborate with our Creative lead and Post-production team to bring concepts to life, using your skills to deliver high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand.


Job Outline


The ideal candidate will be the one to shape the visual aspects of our videos, reports, thumbnails, etc. while working closely with our Creative Lead and post-production team to define requirements for our content, visualise and create graphics including storyboarding, illustrations, layouts and typography. The goal is to inform and attract a diverse range of audience, to help them to grasp concepts and to make content accessible. Responsibilities :

Create and develop motion graphics for video deliverables (e.g., social media, web, mobile platforms).

Collaborate with the design and content teams to understand project objectives and develop visual concepts.

Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

Assist in developing storyboards and project timelines.

Ensure all graphics align with brand guidelines and project specifications.

Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation, and video production.

Take feedback and make revisions in a timely manner to ensure delivery of high-quality final assets.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.


Job Specification

Knowledge / Education

Degree in Design, Motion Graphics or professional certifications in related areas.

Knowledge and experience on Editing will be a plus.

Specific Skills

Proficiency in motion graphic software like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D (or other 3D software).

Understanding of video formats, encoding, and editing principles.

Ability to work with both 2D and 3D animation styles.

Desirable Experience

Overall 1- 2 years of exrelevant experience.

Prior experience in designing for videos is a must.

A sound understanding of fundamental design disciplines (colours, typography, composition, layouts, etc.)

Motion Graphics : Create and integrate motion graphics and animations into video projects, enhancing engagement and visual appeal - 50%

Visual Design Creation : Develop visually compelling designs, including graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other multimedia elements for digital, print, video and social platforms - 25%

Learning and Development : Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design, animation, and video production and take nesseary training and certification - 10%

Brand Adherence & Asset Management : Ensure all design outputs align with ISB’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual materials. Organize and manage design assets, including images, logos, templates, and fonts, ensuring quick and easy access for all team members - 15%
