Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dev Ops solutions across diverse enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on execution capability, and strategic thinking to drive Dev Ops transformation, streamline delivery pipelines, and ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability. You will work across bespoke applications as well as platforms like Salesforce and SAP.Roles and ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & StrategyDesign scalable, secure, and resilient Dev Ops architectures tailored to organizational needs across custom and enterprise platforms.Conduct Dev Ops maturity assessments and define strategic roadmaps to advance Dev Ops capabilities.Rationalize Dev Ops toolsets and standardize architecture patterns for automation, integration, and monitoring.Pipeline Design & Delivery AutomationArchitect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, fast, and consistent application delivery.Integrate pipelines with ITSM tools such as Service Now for seamless change, release, and incident management.Continuously evaluate and improve pipeline performance and reliability through tooling, configuration, and process enhancements.Preferred QualificationsProven experience designing and leading Dev Ops architectures in complex, enterprise-scale environments.Expertise with CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions).Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code frameworks.Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.Experience integrating Dev Ops pipelines with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms.Understanding of Dev Ops for both custom applications and packaged platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
