This person will join our internal team. The suucessful candidate will Lead and manage the team to ensure high engagement, productivity and delivery of mandates as per client's expectations and performance.
- Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an onsite or off-site environment.
- Ensure the team is delivering all outcomes and is meeting all continuous improvement initiatives.
- To manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior level mandates
- Responsible for day-to-day interaction with client SPOCS.
- Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process.
- Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional, and responsive manner.
- Develop & implement sourcing strategy & channels to build relevant talent pools.
- Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition to candidates.
- Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and build strong network in the relevant market.
Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.
