The position

As a Project Manager, Sustainability, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership of planning and strategic execution of decarbonization projects across International Operations.
  • Initiate and drive pilot studies to assess the impact of decarbonization initiatives.
  • Empower regions and affiliates in assessing the feasibility of project implementation.
  • Develop executive management memos for the annual strategy review.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and cooperation needed for decarbonization across affiliates and regions.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an international business environment.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in managing business processes, deriving data insights, and strategy development.
  • Understanding of corporate sustainability and global issues.
  • Experience in the discipline of project and portfolio management.
  • Experience in Excel, data science, and data analysis overall.

 

About the department 

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning and Content hub.

In addition to driving innovative market development and communication efforts, the unit is responsible for the global commercialization and optimization of Saxenda® and Obesity & NASH pipelines.
