About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Web3 Engineer to join our team Join us to build systems to store and access user profiles in a decentralized privacy safe manner. We develop the foundation on which gamer developers can build reliable, performant, and well-integrated gamer identities into tier games.


You'll be the captain of protocol development, steering us from R&D to ongoing maintenance. Your responsibilities include finalizing protocol designs, enhancing scalability, conducting rigorous testing, and fortifying security.


In this role, you will:

  • Work primarily with smart contracts in Solidity, React, Python, and Go.
  • Work on the latest technologies and developments in blockchain and cryptography.
  • Lead by example by contributing as an engineer in feature development and code reviews.
  • Work closely with and learn from experts in domains like AI, cryptography, & blockchain.
  • Guide and mentor the protocol team and improve engineering best practices through leading by example
  • Take ownership over deployed services that power our scalability solutions.


About You

  • 5+ years of experience developing smart contracts, preferably in Solidity.
  • An advocate for always delivering high-quality code.
  • Prior experience with Layer 2 scalability or zero-knowledge applications are nice-to-haves, but not required.
  • A curiosity and passion for Web3, open-source code, privacy and digital identity.
  • A bias towards action and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Self-driven - you’re not afraid to take risks and make big bets.


What We Look For In You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go or Solidity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Cosmos, Bitcoin, EVM or Webassembly virtual machines.
  • Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of blockchain concepts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
  • Familiarity with smart contract development tools and frameworks (e.g Truffle, Remix, Web3.js), secure libraries like OpenZeppelin, and external platform/infrastructure APIs like Infura, Alchemy, or Moralis etc.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and develop efficient blockchain solutions.
