Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to join our team in a remote capacity, operating within the UK shift timings of 2pm to 11pm IST.

As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and deriving actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets.

- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data science techniques to drive business value.

- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance.

- Utilize statistical methods and hypothesis testing to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.

- Build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and models in production environments.

- Interpret and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

- 5 - 12 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles.

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.

- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

- Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

- Hands-on experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Prior experience in a remote work environment or across different time zones is a plus.
