We are looking for a highly experienced Sr Solution Architect to join our team at Reva HR Solutions. As a Sr Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India with an executive role. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in solution architecture.

Qualifications and Skills

Sr Solution / Enterprise Architect (Windchill):15+ years experience as Solution Architect with PLM Enterprise Systems, in including but not limited to Windchill, Creo, ThingWorx etc.Hands on with various activities involved in life cycle and experience in Cloud is mustStrong experience in Defining, implementing & tuning various components in Windchill architecture and various tenets and strong in solution design.Should have strong experience in configurations, customizations, administration (business and systems), and other tenets of managing Windchill system.Should have worked on implementation, data migration and customization projectsStrong customer focus and experience in handling large and complex engagementsHas worked directly with onsite and offshore teams from execution standpoint.

Design and implement innovative and high-quality technical solutions that meet the business requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define the architecture and technical design of projectsConduct analysis of current systems to identify areas for improvement and optimizationProvide expertise in the selection and implementation of technology solutionsLead and mentor a team of developers and engineersEnsure the scalability, reliability, and security of solutionsStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologiesManage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables
