Job Overview

We are hiring a Field Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Yashika Facility - India. As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting candidates for various positions within the company. Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word
• Proven leadership and performance management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist potential candidates
• Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and skills
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
• Negotiate offers and handle the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract top talent
