Job Description (for Hiring Post)

Position: AutoCAD Draughtsman (2+ Years Experience)
Location: (Insert Location)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draughtsman with 2+ years of drafting experience in civil/structural projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and motivated to learn Autodesk Civil 3D for advanced civil engineering design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and develop 2D drawings, layouts, and detailing using AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with engineers/architects to convert concepts into accurate technical drawings.
  • Modify and revise drawings as per project requirements and feedback.
  • Maintain structured drawing records with proper version control.
  • Learn and assist in applying Civil 3D tools (surfaces, alignments, profiles, grading, etc.).

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting (2D essential, 3D preferred).
  • Understanding of civil/structural drawing standards.
  • Ability to interpret sketches, specifications, and verbal instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to upskill in Civil 3D.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering (or related).
  • Minimum 2 years of drafting experience.
  • Certification in AutoCAD preferred; Civil 3D training will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
