About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 
Senior React Native Developer
 to lead the development of high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will be responsible for designing scalable architecture, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best coding practices across the team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building complex apps, integrating advanced features, and driving technical excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced mobile applications using 
    React Native
    .
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers in technical problem-solving and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver robust features.
  • Build and integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, and native modules when required.
  • Ensure apps are secure, scalable, and optimized for speed, memory, and user experience.
  • Oversee 
    CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and code reviews
     to maintain code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest in 
    React Native ecosystem, mobile frameworks, and emerging technologies
    .

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years
     of professional mobile app development experience.
  • At least 
    3+ years hands-on experience with React Native
     (iOS + Android).
  • Strong expertise in 
    JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React Hooks, and functional programming
    .
  • Proven track record of deploying 
    production apps
     on App Store and Google Play.
  • Deep understanding of 
    state management
     (Redux, MobX, Recoil, or Context API).
  • Experience integrating 
    APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, Push Notifications, and Payment Gateways
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    native Android (Java/Kotlin)
     or 
    iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
     for custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of 
    app security, performance optimization, memory management, and offline-first architecture
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    CI/CD (Fastlane, App Center, GitHub Actions, Bitrise)
    .
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with 
    Expo
     for rapid prototyping.
  • Knowledge of mobile testing tools (
    Jest, Detox, Appium, Cypress
    ).
  • Experience working in 
    agile environments
     and leading sprints.
  • Previous startup or product-based company experience.
