Job Title IBDP Well‑Being Psychologist & Psychology Teacher Location: Sarjapur, Bangalore | On‑site | Accommodation Provided Salary: ₹70,000–80,000/month Key Responsibilities Teach and Assess IBDP Psychology: Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the IBDP curriculum, assess student progress, and provide personalized academic support Provide Behavioral & Emotional Well‑Being Support: Act as a school counselor—offer emotional guidance, conduct psychological assessments, design and implement intervention plans for students with behavioral or mental health needs Pastoral and Holistic Student Care: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external specialists to monitor student welfare, organize life‑skills workshops, and ensure a nurturing, inclusive environment . Collaborate & Communicate: Share progress and strategies with parents and colleagues, work with the academic and counseling teams to support student growth Qualifications Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education; additional PG/B.Ed or IB certification preferred 2+ years teaching experience in IB IBDP Psychology; counseling experience in a school setting highly desirable Strong knowledge of psychological theories and counseling techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication, empathy, and active‑listening skills. Proven ability to manage classroom dynamics and design behavioral interventions Skills & Competencies Exceptional classroom management and lesson planning ability. Skilled in conducting one‑on‑one counseling and facilitating group workshops. Familiarity with IBDP assessment standards and extended essay support. Collaborative: able to work with teachers, parents, and outside professionals. Organized, responsive, and committed to student well‑being. Benefits Accommodation provided by the school.
