What You'll Do:
As the Salesforce QA Automation staff engineer for this critical function, you will play a key role in driving quality and efficiency in our Salesforce ecosystemLead and manage a team of technical professionals responsible for Salesforce Automated TestingDevelop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of software development processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry standard tools and techniquesOversee the execution of automated tests and analyze results to identify areas for improvementProvide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring their continuous growth and developmentStay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Salesforce Automated TestingIdentify and proactively address any potential risks or issues in the testing processContinuously identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimizationCollaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility of automated tests with other systemsServe as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams on Salesforce Automated Testing best practicesAdapting to a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities.
Expertise You'll Bring:
5 Candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of overall Salesforce testing experience with automation and manual testing.They should be proficient in Salesforce automated testing using Selenium or similar automation tools and strong hands-on experience in Python, Java, or similar languages.Experience in manual and automated testing techniques and tools is essential, with substantial experience in CPQ, Lightning UI, API Testing and Rest AssuredFamiliarity with using test case management tool is crucial for candidates to effectively document and manage their testing projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldRelevant certifications in automated testing are highly valuedPython TestingGITKDD/BDD frameworks like ROBOT, CucumberCI/CD Jenkins or CopadoEducational background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.Technical expertise: Proven experience in SaaS application management, DLP programs, and analytical tools.Business analysis skills: Ability to gather requirements, create process flows, and conduct gap analysis.Data proficiency: Experience in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.Communication and presentation skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex information and craft compelling narratives.Stakeholder management: Strong skills in driving engagement across all organizational levels.Project and change management: Hands-on experience in leading initiatives and facilitating organizational transitions.Problem-solving and initiative: Ability to break down complex issues and proactively drive work forward.Continuous improvement mindset: Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with emerging technologies
