IT Head

Job Summary: The IT Head will lead the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, security, and customer experience across retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities: Oversee IT infrastructure, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or customized jewellery ERP), and POS solutions across retail outlets and manufacturing units. Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology upgrades. Lead implementation of digital initiatives such as CRM, inventory management, and data analytics. Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with management to align IT strategy with business goals. Supervise and mentor IT teams for system support and innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT leadership roles, ideally in jewellery or retail industry. Strong understanding of ERP/POS systems, networking, and cloud technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
