CodeGnan is a leading EdTech company based in Hyderabad, focused on delivering hands-on, industry-aligned training in technologies like Java Full Stack, Python, Data Science, and AI. We're expanding our team to onboard an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer who can mentor learners with clarity, confidence, and real-world insight.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad/Vijayawada campus. The trainer will lead sessions on both frontend and backend development, guide learners through mini-projects, and support placement readiness. We're looking for someone who's not just technically sound, but also passionate about teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training on Core Java, Advanced Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Teach frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and
  • Guide students through database integration (MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assessments, and mock interviews
  • Collaborate on curriculum design and continuous improvement
  • Provide personalized feedback and mentorship to learners

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in full stack development and training
  • Strong command over Java backend and frontend stacks
  • Prior experience in classroom or online mentoring
  • Familiarity with Git, deployment tools, and modern development workflows
  • Excellent communication and learner engagement skills

Preferred

  • Experience mentoring freshers or non-core engineering students
  • Exposure to EdTech platforms or LMS tools
  • Ability to design modular, project-based learning paths
