Job Description The role would entail the resource to be working in close coordination with his/her peers /Project Manager/Technical Manager/Team Leader, IT colleagues, business users and other parties involved from different other regions to address business needs and requirements and assisting in adherence to project standards, processes and guidelines to ensure both depth and quality.

We are looking for a candidate who can:

Gather requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions as per the client's requirements Execute appropriate quality plans ,project plans ,test strategies and processes for development activities in concern with business and project management effort Collaborate and interact with stakeholders to establish- client specific business needs and translate these into technical solutions Enhance the existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement Possess the ability to be highly productive, both working independently and in close collaboration within a team environment Demonstrate critical, analytical thinking in all aspects of the job - technical and non- technical

Required Skill Sets

Experience in developing Apex and Visualforce applications Design and deploy high quality, scalable code Design and develop integrations between Salesforce. com applications and other systems as may be required by clients Experience in application development and integration using Salesforce. com's SOAP, REST and Bulk API Understand Best Practices and SFDC Coding Standards Experienced with SFDC development environments like Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, and Webservices Ability to design solutions in SFDC/Force.com

Interpersonal Skills

Good verbal and non-verbal communication Team Player Good at decision-making and problem-solving

Educational Qualification

Any graduate or post graduate degree in B.E., Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
