This role will lead Dev Ops delivery for small to medium-sizedSalesforce projects and support Technical Architects on complex, enterprise-scale programs.The ideal candidate combines technical depth, practical delivery experience, and strong clientengagement skills.The Senior Technical Consultant - Dev Ops ensures solutions align with industry best practicesto drive long-term customer success. You take pride in designing resilient systemsthat withstand high volumes and critical demands while balancing technical and enterprise-levelconsiderations.Responsibilities● Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manageexpectations.● Assess existing Dev Ops processes, tools, and practices, recommending improvements.● Design, present, and implement best-fit Dev Ops solutions, considering customer needs,tool preferences, and commercial constraints.● Drive the selection and implementation of Dev Ops tools and technologies.● Lead the setup and execution of Salesforce Dev Ops frameworks for small-to-mediumscale projects.● Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and project leads on larger engagements todesign and implement robust Dev Ops solutions.● Ensure successful continuous delivery deployments across environments.● Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.Requirements (Technical Skillset)● 6+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Dev Ops, releasemanagement, and CI/CD implementation.● Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, Metadata API, Apex, andLightning Web Components.● Strong working knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, Git Lab, AzureDev Ops) and version control systems (Git Hub, Bitbucket).● Deep understanding of sandbox strategy, source-driven development, branchingstrategies, and release governance.● Familiarity with Salesforce deployment models, including Change Sets,Unlocked/Managed Packages, and Metadata deployments.● Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Apex Unit, JMeter) and codequality/security tools (e.g., Sonar Qube, PMD, Checkmarx).● Experience with Docker, orchestration pipelines, and security integration in CI/CD.● Understanding of performance monitoring tools (Salesforce Event Monitoring,Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor).● Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to lead small/medium projects orsupport architects on large-scale programs.
