Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee the installation,
commissioning, and management of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) and
Pharmaceutical Piping Systems for Purified Water, Water for Injection, and other
Clean Utilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing water
treatment systems and pharmaceutical piping projects, with the ability to work
independently and coordinate eƯectively with clients and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management:
o Independently manage and supervise site activities for the installation
and commissioning of Water Treatment Plants and Pharmaceutical
Piping Systems for Purified Water, Water for Injection, and Clean Utilities.
o Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety
regulations.
Client Coordination:
o Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and
the project manager.
o Communicate progress updates, address client concerns, and ensure
customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
System Installation & Commissioning:
o Oversee the successful installation and commissioning of Water
Treatment Plant systems, including WFI and other clean utilities
systems.
o Ensure all systems are installed as per the required specifications and
operational standards.
Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:
o Identify and resolve any technical issues during installation and
commissioning processes.
o Provide troubleshooting and corrective actions for any system failures or
challenges that arise on-site.
Documentation & Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of work progress, installation reports, and
commissioning reports.
o Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible for auditing
or review purposes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical
Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
o Proven experience handling Water Treatment Plant installations and
Pharmaceutical piping systems (Purified Water, Water for Injection, and
Clean Utilities).
o Strong track record of managing site operations independently and
coordinating with various stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of Water Treatment Plant systems,
Pharmaceutical Piping, and clean utility systems.
o Familiarity with installation and commissioning protocols and industry
standards for water treatment in the pharmaceutical sector.
