We’re expanding our marketing engineering team and looking for a junior Webflow developer who cares deeply about clean builds, good UX, and fast, high-quality execution.What you’ll do As a Junior Frontend/Webflow Developer, you will support the marketing team by: Building and updating landing pages, templates, CMS items, and blog layouts in Webflow. Translating Figma designs into responsive pages using Client-First guidelines (naming conventions, global classes, folder structure). Maintaining and improving existing Webflow components, interactions, and design systems. Ensuring pages meet basic performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals standards. Implementing small custom scripts, GTM tags, analytics, forms, and integrations. Assisting with technical SEO tasks: semantic HTML, metadata, redirects, and sitemaps. Troubleshooting bugs and improving site speed, layout stability, and user experience. Collaborating closely with Marketing and Design to deliver high-quality, on-brand web experiences.What makes you a great fit Strong fundamentals inHTML,CSS (Flex/Grid), and basicJavaScript. Ability to create responsive, visually consistent layouts from Figma designs. 0.5–2 years of experience building websites (internships/freelance/agency also count). Familiarity with Webflow components, interactions, and CMS features. Exposure to GTM, analytics tools, or CRM/form integrations is a plus. Interest in technical SEO, site performance, and improving Core Web Vitals. Bonus: basic Figma skills, schema markup familiarity, or experience building B2B SaaS/demand-gen sites.
