The Scrum Master willbe responsible for all aspects of the development andimplementation of assigned sprints project backlogs and coordinatewith the Product Owner. The Scrum Master will take projects fromoriginal concept through final implementation and will assist informulating and defining objectives through research andfactfinding combined with a basic understanding of businesssystems. The Scrum Master will consult with personnel in otherinformation systems sections and business stakeholders tocoordinate activities and conduct project meetings withresponsibility for project tracking analysis anddelivery.

QualificationsandExperience:

Able toeffectively manage concurrent projects sprints andmultitask.Ability tocoordinate with Sprint teams based in differentlocations.Responsible forassembling project team assigning individual. responsibilitiesidentifying appropriate resourcesneeded.Collaborate withproduct owner and functional leaders to establish projectinitiatives objectives success criteria and scope of eachsprint.Developsdetailed work plans schedules project estimates resource plans andstatus reports.Creates andmaintains essential project documentation such as CommunicationPlan Risk Management Plan Roles/Responsibilities Matrix and IssuesLog.Ability toquickly identify and remove impediments to drive completion ofvarious milestones while effectively managingexpectations.Able to manageresources in a crossfunctional environment and proactivelycoordinate resource allocation and all necessary testing withproject team members including thebusiness.Conducts projectmeetings and is responsible for projecttracking.Establishespositive relationships with the customer and providesrecommendations to improve processefficiencies.Actively managesrisks and issues for assigned projects and when necessary escalatesissues to management s attention for guidance and assistance inreaching aresolution.Requirements

Requirements:

CertifiedScrum Master with experience in SafeAgile.

Musthave excellent Project Management skills with a proven track recordin delivering projects on schedule and withinbudget.

Musthave good businessacumen.

Haspractical handson experience handling Bankingprojects.

Musthave a customerfocused attitude in dealing with internal andexternalcustomers.

Musthave strong verbal and written communication skills with excellentproblemsolvingskills.

Musthave proficiency in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet Word ExcelPowerPoint and MS Teams /SharePoint

Additionalconsiderations:

CSM/AgileSafe Certificationspreferred.

ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) or PMIcertification

Familiarwith Microsoft TFS and Azure DevOPS

Certified Scrum Master with experience in Safe Agile. Must haveexcellent Project Management skills with a proven track record indelivering projects on schedule and within budget. Must have goodbusiness acumen. Has practical hands-on experience handling Bankingprojects. Must have a customer-focused attitude in dealing withinternal and external customers. Must have strong verbal andwritten communication skills with excellent problem-solving skills.Must have proficiency in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet, Word,Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams / SharePoint
