Job Title:Workday Performance Management Specialist (Functional Role)Location:NoidaExperience:7+ Years (Relevant Workday Experience)About the Role:Proso AI is hiring for a UK-based client for a full-time position as a Workday Performance Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Talent and Performance modules, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Talent Optimization. This is a functional role requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of the Workday Talent and Performance modules.Drive initiatives related to performance management, goal setting, and talent optimization.Collaborate with global stakeholders, HR business partners, and technical teams to define and deliver functional requirements.Conduct requirement gathering sessions, system testing, and end-user training.Provide functional expertise, process improvements, and best practice recommendations within the Talent module.Support post-implementation activities and ensure smooth operations of Workday Talent functionalities.Skills & Qualifications:7+ years of experience in Workday, with strong hands-on exposure to Performance Management and Talent Optimization.Proven track record in end-to-end implementation of Workday Talent modules.Strong understanding of HR processes and performance cycle management.Excellent communication and presentation skills (must be able to work with UK stakeholders).Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.If you’re a senior Workday functional professional passionate about performance management and want to work on an exciting UK-based project, we’d love to hear from you
