Job Purpose:To oversee and manage the online sales and presence of the company’s products across e-commerce platforms, ensuring revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance brand presence.- Manage online listings, pricing, and product content across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, company website).- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to optimize digital campaigns.- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertisements in coordination with marketing teams.- Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.- Handle vendor relationships, payment reconciliations, and marketplace compliance requirements.- Ensure excellent customer experience and address escalations or service-related issues.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.- Analytical mindset with experience in sales data interpretation.- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace dashboards.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- 3–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management or online retail.
