About the Role:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce site and various online marketplaces. Monitor and optimize site performance, user experience, and sales conversions. Ensure seamless integration between inventory systems and online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the e-commerce budget, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
- Analyse financial performance and adjust strategies to meet budget targets and maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to attract and retain customers while maximizing profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Oversee the creation and management of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Regularly update the product catalogue to reflect new arrivals, discontinued items, and seasonal promotions.
- Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions with broader marketing initiatives.
