Job Description: Loan Products Sales Associate (Renate Loans) Position: Loan Products Sales Associate Location: Navi Mumbai (with pan-India outreach) Compensation: Base stipend ₹20,000/month + performance bonus (₹50,000–₹1,50,000/month potential) Employment Type: Full-Time About Renate Loans Renate Loans is the corporate DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical of Renate Ventures, specializing in business loans, working capital finance, and corporate credit products through partnerships with top banks and NBFCs. We aim to disrupt corporate financing by providing faster access, cleaner processing, and relationship-led dealmaking. Role Overview We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented salesperson who thrives on numbers and relationship-building. The role is simple but high-reward: bring in businesses looking for loans, close disbursals, and earn directly from commissions. Key Responsibilities Daily target: close an avg 3 loan disbursals per week (₹5 Cr. average). Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and inbound marketing leads. Educate clients on loan products (business loans, term loans, overdrafts, working capital). Liaise with bank partners for documentation, approval, and disbursal. Maintain strict compliance with RBI DSA rules, KYC norms, and firm processes. Track progress via CRM, ensure pipeline visibility, and report daily to the vertical manager. Build a repeat client network for steady disbursals and referrals. Requirements Experience in loan sales / corporate banking / NBFC DSA / financial products preferred. Strong knowledge of business loans, working capital finance, and credit assessment basics. Aggressive sales mindset: high energy, persistence, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication in English and Hindi (regional language a plus). Comfort with daily targets and high-volume outreach. Compensation & Growth Base Stipend: ₹20,000/month. Commission: 30% of net firm profit per loan (avg ₹15,000 per deal closed). Bonuses: Monthly performance bonuses on exceeding disbursal targets. Growth Path: Potential to rise to Manager/Director at Renate Loans, leading a larger team and drawing ESOPs.
