Job Title: Accountant Location: Abuja Job summary: Our client, an oil and gas company, is looking to hire a Chartered Accountant (CA) to their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth and profitability. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous
improvement and professional development.
Requirements: A minimum of HND Or Bsc in Accounting, Finance or related field Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with membership in a recognized professionalaccounting body such as ICAN or ACCA.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the oil and gas industry.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP
systems.
Strong understanding of industry-specific financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information
clearly and concisely.
Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing finance.
