Essential Job Functions:IT Requests & ProjectsWorks on projects that emanate from the business plan or requires days to completeInterfaces with the requesting party or IT Analyst and others who are affected by the request to examine the request and explore alternatives to the problemAnalyzes how requests will affect existing systems and programsRecommends solutions for IT Request problemWrites new or makes changes to old programs, forms, reports and filesTests and debugs programs and systemsDocuments all changesFollow-ups with the requester or IT AnalystUpdates software change database and IT Request databasePerforms all other job responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:Qualifications Demonstrate a commitment to quality customer service with a consistent, positive, can-do attitude to both internal and external customersExperience in 1 full lifecycle D365 CE implementation or supporting D365 CE development.Strong knowledge of windows applicationsStrong knowledge of D365 CEPower BI, AX 2012, D365 F&O and PowerApps experience is a plus.Knowledge of ISV applications used with DynamicsD365 CEProficiency with Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Education:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business related field required
