Role Overview:
The Field Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating field programs related to menstrual hygiene and sexual reproductive health amongst women. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact in communities. The Field Coordinator will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of activities and the achievement of project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and conduct field programs related to women’s healthcare, ensuring they are implemented effectively and efficiently.
2. Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement program activities that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
3. Monitor and evaluate program activities to track progress and ensure they meet project deadlines.
4. Provide guidance and support to benecficiaries, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the training provided.
5. Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes, and prepare reports as required.
6. Represent the organization at meetings, workshops, and other events to promote its mission and objectives.
Requirements:
- Any graduate/Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW/MSW) or Public Health preferred.
- Previous experience in coordinating field programs is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Passion for social work and community development.
- Proficiency in local language(s).
- Understanding of menstrual hygiene.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Great communication skills, leadership skills and time management.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to Travel around the city as the position requires you to.
Compensation will be as per industry standards.
