The event will bring together hospital executives, engineers, and facility leaders to explore how innovation, automation, and sustainability are transforming healthcare infrastructure. We are looking for a & Meta Ads Expert based in India to plan, run, and optimize digital campaigns focused on lead generation and delegate registrations for this international event.Responsibilities :- Plan and execute and Meta ad campaigns for delegate and vendor outreach. Build precise target audiences (hospital facilities, healthcare tech, operations heads, etc.). Create engaging ad creatives and copy that align with event branding. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lowest cost per lead (CPL). Coordinate with our international marketing team to maintain consistent communication and reporting. Requirements 2+ years of hands-on experience with Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager. Proven results in B2B or event lead generation campaigns. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication and time management. Based in India , available to work flexible hours aligned with the Canadian team. Compensation :- Payment to be negotiated based on experience and campaign performance. Performance bonuses available for exceeding lead targets.
