We are an export-focused spice trading company dedicated to delivering authentic, high-quality spices to international markets. We are looking for a motivated professional to help us connect with potential buyers and grow our global presence.

Role Overview

The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our product range, and identifying business opportunities. Since we operate in exports, the candidate should also have a basic understanding of export processes and documentation to effectively engage with international buyers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Introduce and promote our spice products to generate interest and sales leads.
  • Understand client requirements and share them with management for follow-up.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and client interactions.
  • Assist in explaining basic export terms (shipping, documentation, payments, etc.) to clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales/export team for closures.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales (1–3 years preferred).
  • Exposure to export/import business or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Should have knowledge on export and shipping terminilogies and work pattern.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in handling client queries on calls.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
  • Self-motivated, persuasive, and result-oriented.

Good to Have

  • Experience in FMCG, food, or spice industry.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and build client relationships.

Compensation

  • Salary in the range of ₹0.60 – ₹1.20 LPA, based on experience.
  • Increment based on performance/tenure with the company.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹5, ₹10,793.09 per month

Expected hours: 15 per week
