JOB DESCRIPTION
We are in search of a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst with 4-6 years of manual testing experience, specializing in Mobile Apps and Website testing for our top client based in Australia. The role emphasizes ensuring flawless functionality, usability, and compatibility across various platforms and devices, with a focus on security and data protection.
This role initially demands a hybrid setup, necessitating at least one day of office presence in Bangalore.
Desired qualifications include proficiency in Computer Vision based Mobile App testing, Test automation scripts and with prior exposure to early-stage startup environments considered a plus.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the CTO on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough manual testing for mobile apps and websites, covering functional, compatibility, usability, performance, security, and regression aspects.-
Identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, implementing robust security measures and data protection protocols.-
Enhance user experience through comprehensive usability testing and accessibility improvements.-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on testing strategies and priorities.-
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance and testing methodologies.-
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.-
Participate in developing and implementing testing frameworks, tools, and processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.-
Write test cases, perform manual testing, and document bugs found during testing, collaborating with the development team for resolution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.-
6-10 years of manual testing experience, with a focus on mobile apps and websites.-
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, compatibility, usability, performance, security, and regression testing.-
Proficiency in identifying and addressing security risks and vulnerabilities.-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.-
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.-
Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
Good to Have Skills:

Understanding of MediaPipe or similar frameworks-
Knowledge of AI and Computer Vision-
Familiarity with Notion, and Agile methodology-
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
